Thank you for your interest in having a stall at The Metroland Christmas Fair on Sunday 28th November 2021 and at the #shoplocal Virtual Christmas Market which runs from 1st November to 15th December 2021
Please use the application form below to book your stall. You will need to upload a copy of your Public Liability insurance certificate before submitting the form so have an electronic version of this ready.
Fees are £35.00 for a 6ft space at our in person market and £10 for a ‘pitch’ at the #shoplocal Virtual Christmas Market. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis following receipt of a completed booking form and payment.
Each seller will be allocated a ‘pitch’ number under which you can post your products or services once daily. The #shoplocal Virtual Christmas Market will from 1st November until 15th December 2021.
Once we have received your completed application form and payment you will be allocated a Pitch Number which must be quoted at the beginning of each of your posts.
- Stall holders are responsible for the provision of their own tables however chairs will be provided. We recommend a table no longer than 5ft to allow access.
Stalls must be constructed in a manner that is safe and proper and will not cause injury to any person. Stall holders will be permitted to unload near to the entrance to the Town Hall entrance however we ask that you move your vehicle to the furthest parking spaces before the event starts to enable our visitors easier access.
